Position/Job Description:
  • Serve as tour guide of the PSHC and ensure that the tour goes smoothly and at least satisfactory for the visitors;
  • Coordinate closely with Clerk III for the schedule of the tours;
  • Conduct satisfaction survey and summarize the results before forwarding to the SRS I;
  • Assist in the conduct of and attend to the logistic requirements of activities of the PSHC;
  • Confirm attendance of resource persons, invitees/participants of the different activities; prepare attendance sheets and compile attendance reports;
  • Render clerical services required for the project; transmit correspondences, including sending out of prepared invitation letters and other official documents thru fax, email and mail;
  • Maintain an updated directory of tour operators/school principals/science coordinators/contacts/ participants as well as records/documents generated from the operation of the project; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and competent authorities.
Skills/Competencies required:
  • Loves working with children
  • Good oral communication skills – give and exchange ideas and information clearly and effectively to various clientele, children from pre-school to college level
  • Basic knowledge on computer software/applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good interpersonal skills – works well in a team and able to communicate/deal effectively with the resource persons, participants, suppliers, etc.
  • Completion of two (2) years studies in college (management or related course)
  • Relevant experience an advantage but not required
  • Relevant training an advantage but not required
  • Compensation: P15,208.80/month
