Position/Job Description:
  1. Liaise resolutions formulated from NAST roundtable discussions and other related activities to the two chambers of Congress;
  2. Monitor NAST resolutions/recommendations and laws emanated thereof;
  3. Prepare a policy map on all the NAST policy recommendations;
  4. Assist in the conduct of roundtable discussions, Speakers Bureau program, and other advisory-related activities; and
  5. Provide administrative support to the project and perform other duties assigned from time to time.

  • Above average interpersonal skills – works well in a team and able to communicate/ deal effectively with the policy makers and media
  • Average written communication skills – writes well-organized and clear press releases and reports
  • Above average oral communication skills – able to talk with others, to give and exchange ideas and information clearly and effectively
  • Average organizational skills – manages and organizes one to two events at the same time
  • Average problem solving skills – uses good judgement and resolves problems/concerns regarding assigned tasks
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Development Communication or any related science course)
  • Relevant experience an advantage but not required
  • Relevant training an advantage but not required
 
Compensation: P30,278.40/month
Period of engagement: December 2019 to June 2020
